7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration is responsible for intentional disclosure of the User’s Personal Data in accordance with applicable law save as provided for in Clause 5.2 and 5.3 and 7.2 hereof.
7.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable for any loss or disclosure of the Personal Data if such data:
7.2.1. Has become public prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Has been received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Has been received by third parties in result of unauthorized access to the website.
7.2.4. Has been disclosed with the User’s consent.
7.3. The User is responsible for legitimacy, accuracy and truthfulness of the provided Personal Data in accordance with the applicable law.
8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
8.1. Prior to going to court, the User and the Website Administration seek to settle disputes amicably by filing claims (sending written settlement proposals).
8.2 The party that has received the claim shall consider the proposed settlement and respond to the claim within 30 calendar days.
8.3. If the parties fail to agree, such dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the applicable law.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration shall be governed by the applicable law.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1. The Website Administration may update this Privacy Policy without consent of the User.
9.2. The updated Privacy Policy takes effect after it is published on the Website unless otherwise provided for in such updated Privacy Policy.
